Omakase Restaurant

 

This project is structured by:

KITCHEN: the project´s heart, the link between different parts of the program. The direct connection between the dining-room and the kitchen through a piece of glass, gives the diners a theatrical approach to the last stage of the cooking process and gastronomic experience.

RAW MATERIALS: in contrast with the complex dishes offered in the restaurant, the materials are architectonic raw ingredients, barely treated.

BOXES CONCEPT: client requested materials such Concrete, Steel, Wood and Glass. They were developed in the form of the Steel box at the entrance, the glass box as a bottle rack and the wooden box as the kitchen.
